ECL Age Requirements - Must Read!

OK, I'm going to start by apologising because this will cause some people extra hassle but it is important that you read and digest all of this information. The following requirements have been put on us by the venue and are therefore completely out of hands. We either adhere to their rules or don't run the event.

Firstly, EVERYONE must bring Proof of Age. It doesn't matter who you are or how old you are. There is no way around this. Proof of Age can be anything that looks official/requires some sort of validation. Some of the acceptable methods we are so far aware of:

- Drivers License
- Passport
- Birth Certificate
- Student ID that carries that carries the holders DOB
- Young Persons Rail Card
- EU Health Insurance Card
- Citizenship Card

I will update this list if people can list other ways of providing Proof of Age.

ANYONE, regardless of age, or how well known you are within the community, who does NOT bring their Proof of Age will be denied entrance. I cannot stress this enough. There will be no leniency on this matter. Your Proof of Age is now more important than your Pad. Do not forget it!

Second point. Contrary to what people may have heard before, a minor is classed as anyone UNDER 14. This means that anyone who is aged 14 or below MUST have their legal guardian with them. Again, anyone not following these rules will be denied entrance.

Finally, do not forget about the consent forms, AS WELL AS Proof of Age. Anyone under the age of 18 must have their consent form filled out in full and with them on the day. We'll be releasing consent forms as soon as we physically can.

I know that this will be an inconvenience for some people and I apologise on behalf of the entire ECL team.

Anyone who has any real issues with this, I will try to assist you if you add my MSN: Chris@Imperial-eSports.net

This is Mellow on Loco's account. Can an admin please change my permissions so that I can post. My account is 'Mellow'.

I can't even change my permissions on Loco's account because he doesn't have full admin access.

No Chris. I have no admin powers :(

OT: Listen to the big man.

Just making sure, so with a birth certificate you won't need no picture ID?
